The food here will always hit the spot for me. I even dreamed about their fries recently lol. I usually ordered the "Hot" original sando and the fries on the side! The " Hot" will give me in a running nose mode along with some burn but it is sooo addicting and tasty. Funny thing is I cannot eat medium, it's bland to me and extra hot only burns to me lol. HOT only! The people there are so chilli and friendly and they even cheers to my camera! I just love their vibe!

Finally came to try this place after so hearing from many others that this is the place to get chicken tenders. I've got to say, this is probably one of the best places to get chicken tenders. I got the medium spicy level and it was the perfect spice level to get. The chicken was nice and tender along with moist on the inside. The chicken also comes with a slice of bread and pickles, sauce is not included and you would have to buy it separately. Other than that, the staff are very friendly when speaking to you and was a great experience overall. Definitely coming back for more in the future!

Number one chicken spot in La! The chicken is sandwich is so delicious as soon as it hits your mouth. Their sauce and chicken quality and top tier. Order ahead of time online and pick up to save time. $16 sandwich might be worth it!

I ordered up the chicken sandwich and the chicken fingers which were both great, very tender and perfectly seasoned chicken , explosive flavors , it was hot but not overpowering. The service is fast and very friendly considering there's always a line here , I would come back because the food was good , the vibe in that whole restaurant was popping .

My partner and I have been meaning to try Howlin' Rays for a while! We have seen the one in Pasadena, but it was too crowded to wait in line. We went to this location around 2 pm on a Saturday and the line wasn't too bad! We were expecting to wait around an hour or so, but it probably took around 30 mins to order and get our food. The people working were very friendly and very efficient! We tried the hot chicken tenders, the extra hot chicken sandwich, the collard greens, and their shake fries. The person working the front was kind enough to give us a sample, so that we knew what we were getting ourselves into! As spice lovers, my partner and I really enjoyed the INSANE level of heat in the chicken. It was VERY hot, juicy, and had a delicious seasoning. The collard greens were slightly salty with a nice pork flavor. The fries were nice, thick, and REALLY well seasoned! There wasn't a lot of space to sit in the actual center itself, but there are nice places to sit and eat around the area! Overall, if you're a HOT hot chicken lover I would definitely recommend coming here! ESPECIALLY if you love spice!! I can see why this place is so iconic.

Best fried chicken I've had!! The meat is very tender with just the right amount of seasoning with spice levels for every preference. Their sauce completes the chicken very well. I live out of town and dream about this chicken. It is at the top of my list whenever I come to LA

One of the best chicken sandwiches I have ever had, brought my girlfriend with me and she had the country chicken tenders with ranch. Asking her right for her review. She said they were really good. Crunchy. And Crispy. We got a 9/10 for the meal because the fires were spicy. I give it a 10 out of 10.
